From calling in to schedule, to actually tinting all 5 of my windows, entire process took 2.5 hours. Friendly and helpful staff both inside and on the phone. All of the options and their respective pricing was explained to me. You can drop your car off, or sit in their waiting room which has TVs, complimentary snacks, drinks, and coffee. Not sure what else you could want from a window tinting company! Highly recommend.
